Eggslut, the Los Angeles-based restaurant brand, will be debuting a new flagship venue in the landmark Scotts Square mall in Singapore. After having made a successful launch in Tokyo and Seoul, this location will further expand the brand’s presence in the Southeast Asia region. The space reconstruction will see the transformation of a former retail store into a vibrant dining hub with an updated facade incorporating floor-to-ceiling steel-framed windows overlooking the busy Scotts Road. The stripped-back interior space will create an optimal backdrop for the brand’s open kitchen design concept with exposed ducting and concrete-faced walls.
