Significant framing has been completed for this 1200 sq. ft. ADU that is a modern interpretation of a Hawaiian lanai. Located in Pasadena CA, this new addition sits on a yard surrounded by trees. The articulation of the angled wood-clad porch ceiling and framed views are evident in the framing progress.
