The former Shor restaurant space will enter a new chapter with the opening of the Khan Saab. The new concept is ultimately an extension of the highly acclaimed Michelin-recognized Khan Saab brand from Fullerton, renowned for its elevated approach to South Asian cuisine.
The former restaurant space has undergone noticeable refurbishment, resulting in a destination venue transformed to enhance an immersive atmosphere that is both colorful and textural. The interior dining space evokes an eclectic mix of street furniture and graphics inspired by the region’s truck art, along with a colorful rolling cart serving table-side-prepared street-inspired dishes. The art appointments will be evolving continuously.
Utilizing the bar’s wide frontage, panels with imprinted Urdu script and text, the design takes center stage, creating a graphical transformation for customer connection.
