Eggslut launched its second location in Las Vegas with the opening of an on-site restaurant inside the Rio Casino lobby. Nestled between the main registration desk and the gaming area, the newly built space echoes the brand’s distinctive minimalist architectural style, incorporating blackened steel, cement plaster, and natural oak. As in Eggslut’s other locations, a large, open kitchen overlooking the seating area and the casino’s main lobby is the focal point of this concept.
The casual seating for customers includes a combination of banquette seating, tables for two and three, and lean-to counters that punctuate the front section of the dining area.
The project was undertaken in collaboration with the casino’s architect, Marnell Architecture.
