Shor is a graphically driven Pakistani and Indian food concept for a Michelin recognized chef. Located in a Southern California shopping center, the design of the restaurant is inspired by the colorful streetscapes and flavors of the Asian continent’s geographical regions. The space, formerly occupied by a buffet-type restaurant, was completely overhauled from the inside out to create this colorful outpost. The rich color palette, with red-hued walls, is complemented by contemporary furnishings inspired by the region’s colors and textural fabrics.

The restaurant features a series of sequential spaces featuring a market-type reception area, a lounge, varied dining sections, and a non-alcoholic bar. Printed graphics, decorative design details and steel ironwork add to the allure of this engaging venue.
