Featuring a dramatically lit open kitchen and serving counter, the quick-service Mediterranean concept is a result of a major transformation of a space that previously housed a salad-bar concept. The former venue was completely altered to create a sense of freshness that would appeal to an aspirational audience. With an array of contemporary eco-friendly materials and finishes, the design has been kept clean and simple, with the main counter becoming the focal point. A branded identity and graphics program was also created for the launching of this new concept.
